“Metastatic colorectal carcinoma: The Specialist Answers” to the questions raised by patients

To clarify the main doubts raised by patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CCRm), a series of videos and infographics was launched that aim to clarify the whole community. Starting from nine most common questions on the subject, nine experts answer, in video, in a simple, direct and clear way.
Until July 7, the nine videos will be available on the news portal Jornal Médico. The third video features the participation of Edgar Pratas, from the Hospital and University Center of Coimbra, analyzing the theme of “Oral Mucositis”.
The initiative also includes interventions by specialists Mariana Malheiro, Nuno Teixeira Tavares, Ana Faria Harrison, Ana Ferreira, Jorge Manuel Cruz, Sérgio Azevedo, Albertina Milheiro Santos and Sofia Amorim Oliveira.
This is an initiative promoted by AMGEN, with the support of the Portuguese Oncological Nursing Association (AEOP), Europacolon Portugal – Support for patients with digestive cancer and the GICD – Research group, Digestive Cancer.
